[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] 404 Monitor

I received several 404 errors that linked to my posts’ comments and deleted them without realizing that I was altering the way users can comment on my posts. How do I get the links back that I deleted? It has only affected a few posts, but as you will see in this example: all my widgets to the right are now on the bottom of my page.
