RSS Fails on Posting Feed but Validates on Comment Feed

This is a new installation WP 2.0.4, with the Andreas04 theme.
The Entries RSS fails with the message
XML Parsing Error: no element found

but the Comments RSS at http://rotarypoliopodcast.com/?feed=comments-rss2validate with no errors.
I do not think it is related to the theme as similar errors occur on the Kubrick theme.
Where do you begin to look ? Is there any cure short of a total wipe and re-install ?
