SEO plugin recommendation

    Hi,
    I have installed “SEO Ultimate” and “WordPress SEO” plugins
    Now it is showing this error at the bottom of installed plugin page
    “WordPress SEO is known to cause conflicts with SEO Ultimate. Please deactivate WordPress SEO if you wish to continue using SEO Ultimate.”

    So which plugin shall I keep, I mean which one is more important to improve google search results?

    And also can somebody tell me how to increase my google page rank.
    it is still showing 0.
