As the title says, post revisions are now appearing in the search results. I have 2 posts that should appear for a term, I now receive 4 results, the 2 posts, and two revisions for one of the posts. I have deactivated, reactivated, uninstalled, deleted the tables for the plugin and all of the settings in the options file, and restarted from scratch, and the same thing occurs.

Have you used a plugin that converts posts to pages and vice versa? One of those plugins messes up the database so that revisions appear in search results. Relevanssi won’t touch posts with the post_type of “revision”, so I would guess your revisions have something else in their post_type for some reason.

@mintydog – have you found a way to fix the duplicate search results? @mikko, you were spot on right, in my situation. Thanks.
