Hi, you can’t do this without a little hacking. You can find all information on how to customize the plugin here: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/customizing-bd-to-fit-your-theme/
I visited that link but it does not have any information regarding pagination. I would like to display either the number of pages or the alphabet so users can click on a letter and show all listings that start with that letter. I can’t believe that I would be the first person to ask for this – is there not a way that I can do that with the existing templates? Do you have any suggestions on where to start?
We have a couple of enhancements on tap shortly–one is paginated results for searches, the other is to return the hook that allows other WP plugins to use their pagination controls for pages that already exist. We accidentally removed that in 2.1 and are returning it to 2.1.3.
When is the expected release of version 2.1.3? I need to find some kind of solution before Sept. 1st. I am totally okay with installing a pagination plugin when that is available. Thanks!
2.1.3 will come out this week for sure. Testing is already underway.
Any update as to when this release will be ready?
Waiting on a final round of bug fixes before release. I was hoping for today, it may be more like Monday at this point. Depends on my developer. 🙂
Got the update – thanks! Do you happen to know which plugin will work with paginating the result/listing pages?
Thanks guys, that worked PERFECTLY! You guys are awesome 🙂
hello, i’m using version 2.2, is there right it list all the items per categorie, but for instances, i just want to show 3 per page, is there a way to do that? i tried the wp-paginate plugin, but it doesnt work because i want show this number specifically to the lists.
Thanks for the help.
Since we use the setting for blog posts per page from your site, I would suggest changing it there (Settings->General on your main WP Dashboard), which will limit the number of listings per page (if I understand your question).
