URL of most recent post

I’m pretty sure I’ve already posted on this question and I apologize. I did in fact have the answer to this question and I lost it So I’m back again What I need is the URL that pulls the most recent post so I can use it on a menu button I saw the answer to this on a thread related to this topic it is basically http://yourdomain.com/P=* or something like that but like I said I lost the snippet that I had copied. Can anyone tell me what this is. Basically it just retrieves the most recent post. I’m using a static page for a home page so I need a menu link to the blog.
