[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Sharing on archive pages and search results but not on front page

…is this possible?

I have a widget on my front page that shows the latest blog post – i want the sharing buttons to show on the blog page but not on the front page widget.
If I tick the ‘Front page…etc’ box, the sharing buttons don’t show correctly in the widget due to its size but they do show correctly in the blog page but is seems that I can’t switch off the front page without switching off the sharing buttons on the blog page??
