• I’d like to add icons into the navigation that, rather than just navigating ‘prevslide’ and ‘next slide’, link specifically to each slide.

For example, #icon-one would shuffle the slider to the first slide, while #icon-three would shuffle the slider onto the third slide (bypassing the second).

I’m pretty new to code, so I might not be explaining this very well – I hope that makes sense, so please let me know if not!

There’s nothing to see on the site at the moment, but I’d like the icons to sit underneath the right hand side finger on this page: http://www.flamingomagazine.co.uk/JFI/

Why not use the thumbnail tray then ?
This is exactly what it meant to do: jump to another slide by clicking on its thumbnail.

Great, I’ll try that – hadn’t thought of using it. Thanks.

Hi again – so, the thumbnail tray worked perfectly, thanks.

The only issue now (I’m so close!) is when I try to move the thumbnail tray from the bottom to the centre of the page (like ‘top: 40%;’ for example). For some reason it loses the ability to be clicked, as if it were an unlinked image or something. Is this something you’ve heard of before?
