which e-commerce plugin to use for our custom build?

Not sure if this is an appropriate topic for the plugins forum but I’ll go ahead and ask.

We are doing an ecommerce build and I wonder if anyone could help me decide which one of the myriad ecommerce plugins I should use. Basically the client has to be able to apply a blanket percentage discount to individual customers and enable individual customers to be able to pay by invoice. I realise this isn’t exactly what you would call unusual or complicated functionality but I thought someone might have used a plugin where they had done exactly this. Also logged in users have to be able to view a purchase history and have a repeat order option for on click repeat ordering of previous purchases.

Any thoughts would be appreciated
