How to have a user with file download capabilities?

    So don’t know if the title says it well enough, but i have a client who wants me to create him a website that has the ability to create a profile for an employee (actually several employees) where they could login and upload and download files.

    for example; jonny wants to upload a pdf, excel, and 2 images to his account and login and get them later.

    And also is there a way so my client (the boss) can put files in any employee’s account? like if he wants to give them their daily task sheet PDF he could login and download it?

    HELP THE NEW KID! lol

    any suggestions would be great, maybe theres some good plugins for this??
