Exclude a specific category from the display for all posts

    Hi,

    I use the tag : the_category to display categories of a post.

    Sometimes there are 2 categories for a post, but I would like to exclude one of these 2 categories from this display. The category I want to always exclude from the display have for example the ID = 2.
    How can I do this ?
    Does someone know ?

    I search on forum, I search since several days, I search and I don’t find. I search with “category exclude display”, with “category tag parameters”, with “category invisible”, and I don’t find… I’m desesperate.

    Does someone know how I can display the categories a post belongs whithout one of these categories (with always the same ID) ??? It doesn’t seem but it’s very usefull when you want to use a category to order posts in an invisible way… 😡
