Favicon Gone after Redirecting

    Hi!
    I am using WordPress as a secondary site on a server, with the favicon just showing when you visit the website, when typing in the right url (domain1.com/domain2).
    After purchasing domain2.com, and redirecting it to the right url, the website works perfectly on the new domain, except for the favicon not showing up.
    Anyone any idea why this happens?
