    Hi

I’m using Easy FancyBox on storkband.dk.

Inline content works like a charm, but when I try use the iframe class, the popup only shows a white container without the page inside. Using the link structure below

I’ve checked my theme and source code, and everything seems to be in place.

On a sidenote: If I/we get this up and running can I define how large the iframe viewport (so to speak) should be. If this has been posted before, I am sorry for this double posting, but I would be really grateful for a link to that post.

  • Google does not allow itself to be embedded as an iframe. Not even when it is such a nice looking FancyBox iframe 😉

If you want more control over the frame size, you might want to enable the iFrame option and set size values there. Then use the class fancybox-iframe (notice the hyphen) … but that still will not work on a google page.

How glad I’d have been to found this post some hours earlier

*hits head against the wall several times*

The first thing one uses to try with this things is google homepage. I didn’t know it (and facebook’s) couldn’t be loaded inside fancybox iframes.

Would be nice to know how they do to avoid this…

Probably some break-out script (search for that in Google 😉 ) which is not uncommon. Paypal checkout pages for instance, are not allowed embedded in an iframe either.
