append /feed/ical to any url. The feed contains all future event. You can filter your feeds by category:
http://www.anydomain.com/feed/ical?categories=1,2,3
It works but I get all events twice after importing in iCal on Mac.
The file which can be downloaded is icalfeed.ics, can this be changed into BlogTitle.ics?

on OS X and iOS the feed works fine now, but not with Google Calendar. I always get this error message: “Could not fetch the URL because robots.txt prevents us from crawling the URL”.
I tried to add this to robots.txt, but this didn’t solve the problem:
User-agent: *
Allow: /feed/ical
Allow: /feed/ical/icalfeed.ics
