Need theme designers

hello!
I’m interested in changing my site’s cms into wordpress, and i need a nice theme for it. It’s a celebrity site (celebs.pictorials.us).

I want a theme that has kind of the same layout as the one i now use in the site(3 columns), but maybe other colors.
