[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Noindex Archives ?

I like to noindex the archive pages of my site , i did check the nofollow date based archive links in the nofollow manager but when i go to the source page of the archive page is see this rel=”canonical” href=”http://www.example.com/2012/05/&#8221; /><meta

How can i set it to no index no follow with this plugin ?
