I’m trying to add a blog link to my header navigation that will take me to all of my blog posts. Clearly I’m overlooking something very simple and would be grateful for a little help. Thanks!

Couldn’t you just add the link to your menu via Appearance > Menu?

I could, but what would that link be? My website is http://www.runspotrun.com .

Also, I’ve attempted to add the text to the left by filling in the biographical field on my profile, but that hasn’t worked either.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Then a simple way would be to add the link to your menu via Appearance > Menu, as Gitominoti suggested, and the link url would be – http://www.runspotrun.com/author/mark – because it would show all the posts by you.
