Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

There’s a new update from Square. I performed the update on my test site and now the incompatibility error is gone and Square’s credit card options are showing during checkout.
Could you test it on your website and confirm if you still face any issues?
I updated to the newest Square and it works with 9.9.0. Thank you for looking into it for me.
