[Plugin: Short URL] Version 1.3.3 not working with WordPress 3.4.1

Although all pre-existing short-urls work, new ones cannot be made. Clicking “Edit” on the default short-urls results in nothing happening. Also, clicking “Reset” on default short-urls results in nothing happening.

The only workaround is to edit the default short-urls in MySQL.
