[Plugin: WPtouch] Link to Comments in "Blog Listings"

In the WPTouch control panel, you can add “Author Name”, “Categories”, “Tags” and “Date” to the “Blog Listings”.

Is there a way to add a link to the “Comments” section of a post in the “Blog Listings”?
