[Plugin: Email Before Download] Email Template Not Being Used

    Hi there,
    First of; great plugin!

    I’ve been playing around with it, and some issues cropped up:

    I’ve set the Delivery Format to “Send Email”, but it seems that config option #9 – #11 are being completely ignored. i.e. the Email Template is not used, and no files are attached even with the attachment option ticked.

    Currently, it will send out the email proper with the email text from Contact Form 7, but any text from Email Before Download’s Email Template does not show.
