Google Adsense

Can anyone help me – I’m not good at computer speak but I am trying to put Adsense onto my site (Motoreporter.net).

I have downloaded Adsense Deluxe and dragged it across via my FTP account but the plugin doesn’t appear in the Plugins Directory so I can’t activate it.

The site says I should upload it to wp-content/plugins. Where is this – I can’t find it.

Totally baffled.

Can anyone help me in easy language!
