    2. the plugin you are using to add the custom links.
    3. the exact shortcode you are using in your page.

    check this link. check the test and test2 menus. thats what i wanted.
    i had to finally use your JS files into the custom menu link plugin to get this output.

    i used the same shortcode as you mentioned but didnt work.

    Your page has some issues, my friend:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /hsphere/local/home/ecapone/italiancornerstore.com/wp-content/themes/hybrid/library/functions/utility.php on line 119

    oops, i had upgraded the hybrid parent theme to latest version and all went down.. sorting it out.. will update.
