embed html problem

Hey, so i’ve had this problem for a while and couldn’t figure it out.

When i go to embed html for my google video player or flv player, i click on the more link to insert the more code, then i click on html to include my <flv> or [gv] code and when i hit update it updates it but inserts nothing and when i click on html again it is gone?

any ideas what i’m doing wrong. thanks!
