[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] bug with inserting images into post

Recently updated nextgen gallery and now I can no longer insert images into posts, can upload images but then when I click ‘insert in post’ I just get a white screen and the Google console details the following error …. (any ideas as causing major issues)?
