Plugin for publishing as an author?

I’m looking for a plugin that allows you to publish as a different author from the initial Add New/Edit Post screen.

I already know that you can publish the post and then go to Posts > All Posts > Quick Edit and change a post author with the dropdown menu. However, this is highly inefficient.

Is there a plugin that allows you to set the author of a post from the Add New Post screen?
