[Plugin: User Role Editor] Administrators can't delete other Administrators

    1st, user with ‘Administrator’ role could see other administrators and can change their roles. URE hides administrators from users with lower level only. Please test again or give me more details.

    Look on this from other side. Imagine that you gave someone (and many of plugin user did) rights to manage users – add, delete, change their roles. Without additional limitation URE added, some day you can see that you are not the admin of your blog. So it is the security measure.
