[Plugin: Social Media with defered Javascript] Plugin not working with classipress premium theme

This is the plugin I have been searching for to speed up the rendering of my website. However, it doesn’t seem to work with classipress theme. After installing the plugin the only option is twitter… no facebook like or google +1. Any ideas?
