Social media statistics and shares of original article on another website

Howdy,

I want to be able to essentially ‘reblog’ something of mine from one blog to another, that’s no issue giving an excerpt and a little information on my thoughts regarding it, but what I really want to be able to do is publish an excerpt but on the page for that to include the social media sharing buttons for my other website so any shares will go directly to that article and the statistics will be for that article too.

For example, if we start offering iOS apps for our website on one domain and I want to push that post to my own audience on my personal blog, how would I go about using something like custom fields per post to say what I want the social media sharing buttons to actually link to as opposed to being for domain1.com, they are actually for domain2.com? This must be possible. It seems silly to me to have two sets of social media sharing statistic or have a user share the mention of the article rather than the article itself.
