Can't Log In after installing Buddy Press

I installed Buddy Press and logged out. Since i am unable to log back in as buddy press doesn’t yet have a log in . Now the sight comes up with 404 error http://businesscoachcentralcoast.com.au/protected-content/ and I am unable to log in can you help?
