Facebook Plugin: Mention Widget Not Appearing

I installed the plugin a few days ago and for the life of me I can’t work out how to get the facebook mention function to appear.

I can’t even see the widget in the posts or pages. I have activated social publisher and in the facebook app I added the publish function. Am I missing something?
