[Plugin: Permalink Editor] After commenting, visitor redirected to unrelated page

I had selected this plugin over the Custom Permalinks plugin, but it turns out this one has a serious issue. When someone leaves a comment on a post with a modified permalink, this plugin redirects the visitor to a completely unrelated page instead of bringing them back to the post in which they left a comment.

Luckily, some readers informed me of this shortly after having installed the plugin, and I only had to go back and fix about a dozen posts.

I’ll be using the other plugin, even though there were things about this one that I preferred.
