Custom Taxonomy in Permalink

I am new to WordPress and am building a web-site for my self which is more like a magazine. In it I am hoping to publish content in 3 languages.

For this I thought of having a custom taxonomy. For example lets say I have languages Lang-A and Lang-B and Lang-C.

My interest is to achieve some thing like this:

• http://www.my-domain.com/category/2012/07/Post-Name/lang-a
• http://www.my-domain.com/category/2012/07/Post-Name/lang-b

Every post will fall in to a ‘Category’ and ‘Language’. I’d seen how to create a Taxonomy, but could that Taxonomy tag be used in the permalink like ‘Category’ is used ‘%category’?

How could it be done?
