    I customized the plugin and put the shortcode in my wordpress site. But when someone inputs their information and submits, the page looks as though it refreshes, but nothing happens. The information doesn’t get uploaded into my database. I’m not looking to change my theme or any existing plugins, is there any way I can fix this issue without altering anything about my current site? Thanks.
