[Plugin: FormBuilder] Autoresponse not working

    For some reason on one of my forms, autoresponse is not working. Works fine on other installations. This is a new installation of FormBuilder on a WordPress 3.4.1 installation (multisite). No clues and no error messages. The form is working (sending the data to the admin email address) but the autoresponse is simply failing silently. Any clues?
