[Plugin: Modernizr for WordPress] Neuro wordpress theme's menus and slide features does not wor

I just completed a wordpress site using Neuro theme from cyberchimps.com; to my surprise, I realized that the javascripts on the Menu Bar and Feature Sliders were not working.

I need help on how to enable this features on IE 6, 7, 8 and 9.
