Maybe it is a good idea to publish the fact that PHP5.3 is required
many hours wasted our fault should of known something was wrong with all the syntax-error posts.

It does say

Only works with PHP versions 5.3 and higher.

I’ll have to put a more strict warning on the info details

I’ll have to look into it because the module shouldn’t install with PHP below 5.3 and instead an explanation is created. It’s clearly not doing that.
