my site is down with an error

i just updated all the plugins by select all button which also included oik plugins…..i’m developing on local host….
but after updating my wordpress dashboard is not coming, it shows an error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function oik_require() in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\oik\admin\oik-header.inc on line 2

now my site is down…what should i do….
