After upgrade to latest wordpress version cannot access admin area anymore

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Custom_Background in /homez.158/polesud/www/wp-admin/custom-background.php on line 16

    This is what i get after logging in admin area, cannot do something now
    because got this error with blank page, only website seems to work.
