I’m working with someone on integrating their WP site with a Facebook fan page. The site is an event listing/arts calendar-type thing, so he has a lot of scheduled posts, and practically none that are published ASAP.

Until recently, SFC has been working like a champ pushing these updates to his Facebook fan page. Over the past week or so, since the update to 3.4.1, it seems like only some of his posts are being published on the fan page. The rest he’s manually sharing as links. Everything appears valid in config – all tokens are found, “auto publish to fan page” is checked. He usually refreshes the permissions when this happens anyway, but that doesn’t always solve the problem.

    Any thoughts?

Auto-publishing isn’t reliable at all. Not much I can do about it.

If you’re only using the publishing part, I’d recommend switching to the official Facebook plugin instead. It’s made by Facebook, so presumably they know how to do it right. 🙂

Otto – thanks for checking in. Oddly enough, I tried the official FB plugin and it made things so slow as to be completely unusable! I’m guessing it’s due to the size of his database – he’s got thousands of posts.

Might need to look into something like NetworkedBlogs for him at this point.

    any help with this error?
