[Theme: Weaver II] Subscribe2 email confirmation messages quit working

    I updated from Weaver 2.2.9 to Weaver II 1.1.3 and Subscribe2’s subscribe/unsubscribe email confirmation messages quit going out. This process worked fine before the upgrade and also works fine with the Twenty Eleven theme, so I don’t think it’s a plugin issue.

    I’d appreciate any suggestions.
