This issue has come up a couple a couple times before. In order to pinpoint the issue, please can you try deactivating your plugins one by one, then let me know if any of them were causing this issue? Also, please try changing themes to twenty eleven, which may diagnose if it is a theme conflict.
I disabled all plugins and the problem was still there. I changed the theme to twenty eleven and the problem was gone.
I examined the source code of the page. Is there a way not to display the following content at the top of the page by changing some code in the plugin?

Please try downloading the latest version of the plugin from then.ly
You may also want to try the 1.8 beta version from help.then.ly
Please let me know if either of these versions addresses the theme issue (or does not).
We have not heard back, so we are assuming this resolved the issue (so I am marking this issue as resolved.)
