How to Make a Page File for Pages

I think wordpress only provide (page-ID) to open a page in other style… but i want to open pages who parent of ID, so how I add a file like (page-parentID)

example:

I have two page files and 2 pages like 1.page.php and one another is page-ID.php(page-aboutPage_ID), the fault is that when I open about its work
fine bcoz its have own static page file but i want to also open other pages who are parent of About Page in the same file of 1. Static file(page-About ID)..and they are open in only Page.php…
