[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Can you insert a gallery into a POST rather than a page?

This might be a stupid question, but when I use for example the NIVO slider, it gives me a code like [nivoslider id=”1300″] that allows me to put that where I want in an article. I’m not seeing that option for the NextGen Gallery. Is NextGen Gallery capable of doing something like that or am I trying to use it wrong?

If it isn’t capable of doing that, what gallery plugins can?

Where the NIVO sliders are in the post, I’d like to try a different type of gallery because the 1st NIVO slider temporarily blocks some text right below it and I don’t like that. I also don’t like that the NIVO slider isn’t compatible with mobile browsers. Any help is greatly appreciated!
