Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_mobile() in D:\Hosting\8048422\html\wordpress\wp-admin\index.php on line 22

The site itself displays fine. But going to admin produces the above error. This is on GoDaddy with the blog itslef in a subfolder called wordpress.

Forgot to mention that the install had problems, got Site Not Ready, then the Maintenance message. I deleted .maintenance.

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

I figured a manual upgrade was in order but just wanted to check. and that fixed it. (It’s been quite a while since I’ve done a manual upgrade too!)

Thanks for your help. You help a lot of people here.

    No problem. 🙂
