[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Editing Page takes me to a blank page

    I installed and activated plugin. The site is still up and the admin works except when I go to edit a page I get a blank page. No errors. When I deactivate this plugin everything is fine. I would like to use this plugin, are there any known issues?

    Here are my current, active plugins:
    Email Address Encoder
    Event Organiser
    Page Links To
    Spam Free WordPress
    W3 Total Cache
    WordPress Database Backup
    WordPress HTTPS

    My theme: Bhinneka, By Population 2, Version 1.02

    Usually caused by PHP running out of memory. Check with your hosting provider to look at your error logs to confirm. If that’s the case, you’ll have to increase the memory limit for PHP. If not, post the error here.

    No errors with the host. There is nothing to paste.

    Then I don’t know what to tell you. There should be an error in your error logs.

    I have the exact same issue. My site is hosted at Network Solutions, so I don’t think I can increase PHP memory limits there, but that has never surfaced as an issue before — not sure I understand why it would be an issue now.

    I’ve looked at the error log from my hosting provider — nothing there.

    Mvied, you noted that running out of memory might be a “usual” cause. Are there other causes?

    Any exception thrown when error reporting is turned off will produce a white screen unless there is some kind of special error handler. The error could literally be anything. Try setting WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php.

    Trying that — thanks for the idea. Will post results after looking through all the warnings that pop up.

    i had that very same problem a while back, 2.0.4 from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-https.2.0.4.zip
    works without a problem
