    is there a way to change how the change the “generic” photo album looks?

    i dont like the rounded bubble and would also like lightbox

    You should go to the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page, open a table, read what the settings do – there is help when you click the ‘?’ at the right hand side.

    Border radius: Table I-A6

    Lightbox: Table IX-A6: wppa (you do not need a lightbox plugin) and select lightbox in Table VI where you want it. you do not need a lightbox plugin.
