    Try this:
    in style css #access and # access ul replace with

    ‘#access {
    display: block;
    z-index:999;
    position:absolute;
    text-align:center;
    float: center;
    margin: 10 auto;
    margin-top: -20px;
    }

    #access ul {
    margin-bottom:0px;
    display:inline-block;
    }’

    Numbers are just for my own site suitable – these you must change according to your own wishes.
