Failed Update

I tried to auto-update my WordPress site, and it failed. It is now giving me an error. Every time I try to fix the code it gives me a different error.

This is what it says: Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/a6653862/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/a6653862/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 135

What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this?
