Change name in dropdown menu

Hi,

I would like to change the name in the plugin/widget AVH Extended Categories Widgets
see http://www.airlinestaffrates.com on the right hand side under Hotel Discounts

I want to change the default name Select category in the drop down menu.

Where can I do that? Thanks!
